Who we are

Neon Panda Games (“we”, “us”) is a browser game review website published from Gujarat, India. Questions about this policy go to info@neonpandagame.com.

What we collect ourselves

Very little. The site has no accounts, no comments and no contact form. We do not run an analytics service. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and capacity planning; these are retained for a limited period in line with the provider’s terms and are not combined with any other data about you.

One preference is stored in your browser’s local storage: your light or dark theme choice. It never leaves your device and you can clear it at any time from your browser settings.

If you email us, we keep your message in order to reply and for our records. We do not add you to any list.

Advertising and cookies

This site is funded by display advertising served by Google AdSense. Google’s advertising works like this:

Embedded games

The games on this site are made by independent developers and delivered by a distributor, GameMonetize. When you press Play, the game loads in a frame from the distributor’s servers. Inside that frame the game and the distributor may set their own cookies, store save data in your browser under their own domain, and show their own adverts. That data is controlled by them, not by us, and is governed by their privacy policies. Nothing loads from the distributor until you choose to start a game.

Children

The site is written for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children; there is nothing on the site that asks for it. Parents can read our guide on what to check before letting a child play browser games.

Your rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to complain to a supervisory authority. Because we hold almost no personal data, the practical answer to most requests is that we have nothing to show you, but you are welcome to ask and we will confirm in writing.

Reviews and guides link to other websites where it helps the reader. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Changes

We will revise this page when our practices change and update the date at the top. Material changes, such as adding an analytics service, will be announced on the About page as well.
