By using Neon Panda Games you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. The site is free to read and requires no account. You may not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it at a rate that harms it, or misrepresent yourself as its author.

Our content

Reviews, guides, ratings, category text and the Neon Panda name and mark are ours. You may quote short passages with a link back to the page. Republishing a review in full, or presenting our ratings as your own, is not permitted.

The games

Every game on the site is the property of its developer and is made available through a distributor, GameMonetize, under that distributor’s publisher terms. We embed games as provided and do not alter them. We make no promise that any game will remain available, work on your device, or be free of errors, and we are not responsible for content shown inside a game’s frame, including adverts placed there by the distributor. Developers who wish a game removed can use the contact page.

Reviews are opinions

Ratings and verdicts are the honest opinion of the named author at the time of writing. Games change, sometimes without notice. If you find a review that no longer matches the game, tell us and we will revisit it; the editorial policy explains how updates are handled.

Advertising

The site is funded by display advertising. Adverts are supplied by third parties and we do not endorse the products shown. Clicking an advert takes you to a third-party site with its own terms.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for any loss arising from use of the site or of any game embedded in it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Gujarat, India.

We may update these terms; the revision date at the top of the page will change when we do.
